Our Story

We started with no store, no wholesale, no middlemen. Just a workshop, a website, and one idea: a custom leather jacket shouldn't be a privilege. If you knew what you wanted, you should be able to order it — built to your measurements — from wherever you were.

Selling custom online means solving fit without a tape measure in the room. So we built the process backwards from that: [measurement guide / video fittings / remake policy]. Getting it right for someone [3,000 km] away became the thing we were most stubborn about.

Customers who trusted us with one piece came back for the next. Shearling coats. Women's. Vests. Race suits. Each new category meant new hides, new suppliers, new mistakes to make — and we made them so the jackets wouldn't.

Nine years online taught us one thing we couldn't solve with better photography: some people need to feel the leather first. The question came up over and over from people across the GTA: do you have a store I can come to? After nine years of answering no, we opened one. So we opened a showroom in Markham — not a warehouse, a fitting room. Come in, try weights and finishes, get measured properly, and we'll build it.

The configurator is the 2016 idea, finally working the way we meant it. Choose the leather, the collar, the stitching, the lining — and watch your jacket appear as you build it. Ten years ago this took a dozen emails. Now it takes ten minutes, and it's still made by the same hands.
